Cancellation policy

You can cancel your reservation free of charge up to 24 hours before the tour. If you cancel within 24 hours of the tour, no refund or voucher will be issued. If you cancel before the 24-hour mark, you will receive a voucher for the full value of your booking, valid for 2 years and usable for future tours.

In the case of adverse weather conditions or unforeseen safety concerns on the day of the tour, Sip & Savor reserves the right to cancel the tour. If this happens, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule your tour.
